Phenomenex technologies advance the future of scientific analysis and investigation. We are industry experts in surface chemistry, polymer and silica particle technology, process chemistry and equipment, column hardware and novel packing methods. Our products range from extraction tubes used to clean blood samples for clinical research, liquid chromatography columns that confirm the purity of a new pharmaceutical compound, and gas chromatography columns that test for harmful pesticides in food, and more. Dedicated individuals who share our enthusiasm for innovation will find ours to be an extremely rewarding environment.
Phenomenex is unlike any other company involved in the separation sciences. With our unique culture, hard-working employees, and innovative research, Phenomenex stands out from the crowd. Our drive is to always be better than the best, but we won’t be satisfied unless we can do it our way. We work hard and thrive on competition and accomplishment, but we always make time for silliness and fun. We could tell you about the adventure trips, themed costume days, or the practical jokes we play on the CEO, but we'd rather you experience it for yourself.
Phenomenex is proud to be an 11-time recipient of the R&D 100 Award for innovation. We were also selected by The Wall Street Journal as one of the 15 best small workplaces in the United States. Our environment is defined by our passionate people, dynamic culture and distinctive ingenuity. These characteristics unify our worldwide team members behind our mission to promote the growth, prosperity and well-being of those we serve—our customers, our employees and humanity.
As part of the Danaher family of companies, our work at Phenomenex is supported by a global science and technology innovator. In addition to Danaher’s unrivaled leadership training and professional development programs, this relationship also provides expanded career opportunities across industries and brands. Together, we are united by a shared purpose: Helping Realize Life’s Potential.
