Ask Me Anything About Tracking and Trending Data
Tracking and trending data helps predict and prevent Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, in addition to being an excellent mechanism to use when creating, optimizing validating transferring, and maintaining method performance. One of the valuable tools available to you in a well-defined, streamlined workflow is the control chart. Control charts are used to:
- Track and trend assay results
- Predicting and preventing column failure
- Monitor reactions during the production of product on the manufacturing floor
Any reportable result can be populated into a control chart to look for trends which give us the ability to proactively predict and prevent failures, reducing costly time spent investigating root cause. In this session we will explore the capabilities within Empower to create and use control charts.
