An automated workflow solution for the determination of MCPDe and GE
Workflow starting with consumables, showing a fully automated method on the Thermo Scientific TriPlus RSH robotic sampler and detection with the Thermo Scientific TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS.
Various methodologies exist to measure bound and residual monochloropropanediol- (MCPD) and glycidyl-esters (GE) in oils at trace and ultra-trace levels. Each solution is characterized by its own particularities, giving the end-user a lot of flexibility in method choice and preference.
Depending on your current needs and future wishes we are able to offer the methodology that suits you best. In this webinar we are discussing the method according to Zwagerman et.al. which is a method excellently suited for productive labs. The automated sample prep methods are using the TriPlus RSH robotic sampler in combination with Thermo Scientific Chromacol GOLD-Grade Inert vials and magnetic caps for vial transportation. The analytical system is Thermo Scientific TRACE 1300 GC coupled to a TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS. The complete system can be driven by Thermo Scientific Chromeleon CDS software.
