Escape the Trap with GC/Q-TOF
Agilent Technologies: Escape the Trap with GC/Q-TOF
In this webinar, we will be talking about the powerful capabilities of Agilent GC/Q-TOF (quadrupole time-of-flight GC/MS). Be it targeted screening, quantitative analysis or untargeted screening and versatile workflow capabilities, the Agilent GC/Q-TOF can do do it all with ease.
What you will learn:
1. The technical superiority of an Agilent GC/Q-TOF expanding horizons of analytical testing.
2. See how high resolution GC/Q-TOF meets or exceeds regulatory performance requirements for the analysis of dioxins, furans, and PCBs in food and environmental matrices. Also, learn about how GC/Q-TOF can detect metabolic changes in biological samples.
3. Find out how GC/Q-TOF mass spectrometry can increase your lab’s productivity through broad applicability, reduced training and maintenance costs.
Who should attend:
Analytical Scientists, Analytical Chemists, Laboratory Managers, R&D heads and Mass Spectrometry users in the food, environmental and life science research fields
Presenter: Dr. Soma Dasgupta (Application Engineer GC/MS, Agilent Technologies)
She brings over 15 years of research experience with gas chromatography allowing her to explore many aspects of this analytical technique to solve questions across different sectors ranging from food safety, life science research, environmental research to pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Agilent Technologies, she performed her doctorate research at the University of Pune where she concentrated on developing comprehensive methods for analysis of agro-chemicals in fruits and vegetables. On joining Agilent, she became part of a team responsible for developing solutions to meet customers' analytical needs. She specializes in multi-residue method development; pesticides and environmental applications and genotoxic impurities in pharmaceuticals. She has more than 25 publications and application notes to her credit and a book chapter.
