Finding the Needle in the Haystack Part I: From Complex Samples to Compounds of Interest

Join us on the hunt for the needle in the haystack!
This session will delve into best practices for untargeted feature finding, focusing on achieving the optimal balance between sample coverage and processing speed using Profinder and the new MassHunter Explorer. We will explore techniques to differentiate between features and noise by applying the right filters for quality checking your data. Additionally, the webinar will cover essential aspects of compound identification, including database matching, formula generation, and structure elucidation.
This is a must-attend event for anyone looking to enhance their analytical capabilities and streamline their data processing workflows.
Presenter: Stefan Schaebler (Application Specialist LC/MS, Agilent Technologies)
