Implementing Manufacturer’s GC/MS Tune Verification Acceptance Criteria for SW-846 Methods 8260 and 8270

By attending this webinar, you will learn:
- Options for completing instrument performance checks in SW-846 gas chromatography/mass spectrometry-based analytical methods, and
- A streamlined process for completing tune checks that demonstrate electron impact mass spectrometer settings are optimized and the system is ready for analysis.
Event Overview
Attendees will learn about the intent of tune evaluation criteria in gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analytical methods to align with modern performance standards. They will gain an understanding about how these criteria have changed over time, and they will learn how to apply Agilent’s proposed acceptance criteria for ion abundances and ion ratios for perfluorotributylamine, a reference compound that is commonly used to optimize mass spectrometer settings in electron impact ionization mode.
