Neil has worked for Waters Corporation since 1994 and has held a variety of positions including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Trainer, Manager Customer Education and currently, Principal Marketing Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. He provides internal support for Empower Chromatography Data System and is focused on developing laboratory software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives. Prior to joining Waters, he was an analytical chemist where he gained experience in both the cosmetics and specialty chemical industries.
Presenter: Tracy Hibbs (Principal Consulting Product and Marketing Manager, Waters Corp.)
Tracy has worked for Waters Corporation since 1999 and has held a variety of positions including Technical Trainer, Business Impact Consultant, Training Manager for Informatics and Data Integrity, and currently, Principal Consulting Marketing Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. Tracy provides support for Waters Empower Software Suite and is concentrated on developing laboratory data management software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives in regulated environments. Prior to joining Waters, Tracy was a Research Scientist where she gained experience in chromatography and the associated data systems.
Presenter: Tim Bara (Principal Informatics Consultant, Waters Corporation)
Tim has worked for Waters Corporation since 2012 and has held several positions, including a Senior Systems Specialist and currently a Principle Informatics Consultant. As an Informatics Consultant, Tim works with customers to diagnose their Empower System’s overall health and state of control. He is an accomplished Empower implementation expert with over 20 years in system design and development, validation and deployment for both local and global scale Empower environments.
