Neil has worked for Waters Corporation since 1994 and has held a variety of positions including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Trainer, Manager Customer Education and currently, Principal Marketing Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. He provides internal support for Empower Chromatography Data System and is focused on developing laboratory software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives. Prior to joining Waters, he was an analytical chemist where he gained experience in both the cosmetics and specialty chemical industries.
Presenter: Kate Lenton (Principal Product Manager, NuGenesis, Waters Corporation)
Kate Lenton is a Principal Product Manager at Waters, with a focus on the NuGenesis informatics portfolio. She has more than 13 years of experience in the Life Science industry. She joined Waters in 2015 as an Application Specialist (NuGenesis and Empower) in Professional Services and then worked as an Informatics Customer Success Manager for Europe. Currently she is the NuGenesis Product Manager. She focuses on ensuring the success of the product by hearing directly from customers about product improvements and new features. She holds a BSc Hons in Veterinary Sciences.
